Now is this about me changing from 20:1 to 50:1? or is it me having a faster internet connection?

Thanks for all your replys.

I'm confused.

That is the email triggered when you request a (paid) regrade to different speed (i.e. an upgrade to 2Mb).

Check your transactions under Account Details to see if you're being charged £14.99.

Are you sure you haven't mistakenly ordered an upgrade? Or anyone with access to your account?

I'm confused.

This email has been sent to all customers presently moving from 20:1 to 50:1 and has caused a fair bit of confusion.

From what the reps said recently it is down to the way their system handles the account change.

P.S The first couple of posts in this thread over on AG should explain.

Hi,

You won't be downgraded to 1Mbps, you'll stay on 2Mbps (BT IPStream Home 2000 to be precise).
