I bet PLUSNET are having regrets now !

I'm sorry for this making this statement, but I bet PLUSNET wish they had never bothered with ADSL. PLUSNET guys are great, but I bet their number of active calls has rocketed through the roof since the introduction of ADSL.

Keep up the good work guys. Down with BT !!!!!!!!

I agree, the plusnet staff are as helpfull as can be. As for BT ? pah. I think BT stands for Bunch of T***ers.

BT certainly are crap!

A friend of mine just called yesterday to order ADSL & they said it wasn't available.

He called back to see when it would be available & then they said it was. So he placed an order.

They then called him 2 hours later saying it wasn't available & they had made a mistake.

He called to complain & then they said it was available & he'd have it by the 19 June.


Unbelievable!!!!!

Why don't PLUSNET start a Forum for problems with BT, so the extent of their damage can be relayed back to them. They know how poor the service is, but who else are you going to use ? Basically, they hold all the cards and I am contemplating jumping on the back of BT van (Indianna Jones Style) to follow it to the exchange and fix the problem myself and then switch my line to ADSL !
