Id just like to say a massive thanks to James Bailey of the plusnet comms team. He single handedly sorted my peak time speed issues after having a 14 day long ticket going with the support team. Ive had csc analysts, csc networks on it and none of them could solve it. James took one look at my account and found i was on the incorrect traffic management for my premier account.
Once again thanks and well done, i didnt think it would ever get sorted
if theres any bonus/poromotions being handed out at lately i think plusnet should look no further than James for reward.
If only all plusnet empoyees were to James' standard im sure customers would be much happier with the customer support.
