How to test my speed?

Hi folks...

I'm new to this broadband lark. I'm on the "up to 2M" broadband plus deal. It all seems to be working fine, but, out of curiousity I'd like t check what speed I'm actually working at.

I'm sure that somewhere on this site, while I was elsewhere, I saw a "speed test".... but I can't find it anywhere!

Can anyone advise;

a) Whether I did see such a thing on this site

and

b) If I did, explain to me how to navigate to it.

Many thanks, in anticipation,

Regards,

Simsy

Hi Simsey,

Welcome to the forums.

Just click on the link below. It's not always acurate but it gives you a good idea.

Thanks...

very much for that.

Is is a link to what I had seen previously....

However, can you explain how I find it, (without using the link you've provided!),
so I can find it again.

Much appreciated,

Regards,

How to test my speed?

Yep,

Select Connection Settings from the Menu Options on your left, and select Bandwith Speed Test.

How to test my speed?

The PN speedtest is not very good and smetimes returns a 0 result due to firewall compatibility issues, so try the ADSLguide speedtest.
