How to regrade to PAYG?

Select Upgrade from the end of the menu ribbon under the Plusnet logo.

Select Change your broadband product

Select Plusnet Broadband Pay As You Go £14.99 and click Go

From the drop down on the next page select the appropriate Included monthly data transfer - 12GB (£22.49)

How to regrade to PAYG?

An upgrade will usually take effect immediately and you will be charged a pro-rata amount to cover any extra subscription fees due for the current billing month.

How to regrade to PAYG?

If the included amount gives a monthly cost which is the same or higher than your current cost then it is immediate as Liam said.

If the amount you choose gives a lower cost, the change does not happen until your next billing date. This a reason why I recommend choosing the right amount (apart from avoiding the regrade fee).

I updated the Changing to PAYG as a result of your query, let me know if you think anything else needs adding.

Just one thing m8. Does my 12gb reset on 28th Jan when my billing date is. So if i have used say 6gb, i still have 6 to use before the 28th?

Or do i start fresh from now?

Please don't be kind to Comms Team and praise them. We need to keep them mean, to keep them keen. Personally I think we should take away their chairs and make them kneel in front of their computers all day. The pain after an hour of adopting this pose should be enough to keep their minds alert and concentrate on fixing all our trivial problems

Taking away our chairs is going to directly influence our ability to type, thus preventing us responding to your queries, thus increases the amount of moaning you do. Tongue

And just to note... you'll need to reboot your equipment for the change of profile to take effect.

How to regrade to PAYG?

Liam, Do they need to reconnect immediately after completing the account change, or should they wait half an hour or so and then reconnect? (I'll add this to my guide)
