How much did Plusnet lay out in their 'deal' with Tiscali for Tiscali to fix faults....mmmm...how come it takes 3 days to fix a fault?
Disconnected, frustrated customers remain paying for Plusnet shareholders to sit back and toast nice rosy profits, "Jolly Dee Chaps!!" (see Aug Q3 Interim Results) whilst they should have paid enough to Tiscali to send a rocket up theirs when a fault occured. There doesn't seem to be any immediate communication with Tiscali engineers!!
