(sorry about that just letting off a little steam)
I've been trying for weeks now to move my plusnet connection to a new address and keep getting problem after problem for something that you'd think would be quite simple...
Please could the support team take a look at my open question regarding this ongoing saga.
I don't mean to appear rude but I really have had enough now.
I've had no problems with Plusnet until now but its beginning to look as if it'll be easier (and quicker) to simply cancel my account and sign up with another provider.
