I have tried *repeatedly* to get this account cancelled. The DSL line has been cancelled with BT *by Plusnet*!
However, Plusnet insist on attempting to bill for the service that is no longer connected. I have repeatedly attempted to open a ticket to get this answered, but as the account is suspended, it won't open a ticket. Can someone in support who can do something about this mess *please* email me so I can have someone to communicate with, as I'm getting sick and tired of these automated tickets being opened and closed telling me that the account has been suspended due to non-payment.
