Ok, a day or two is acceptable... but I really need to get some info from the emails that have gone missing... some software I have purchased only provided the license info once, which has now "gone", and I cannot get it back with a cost...

There is also alot of other important info, attachments, that if not recovered, will either cost money to get back, or really inconvenince me...

What sort of compensation are PN giving usHuh? Ive not seen any mention of anything anywahere, for all the hasstle this is causing...

This on top of the speed isues Ive been having for 2 weeks now, and the reduction in speed from 8mb to 0.5mb for the last week.. has really taken the p**s... and Im still paying £21.99 for my so called Pemier account!!!!

More like conference league, if you ask me!!!!

Incompetence isnt nice, besides can't be much of an engineer to totally fuck up the whole email server!

If you feel bad about losing a few e-mails, just think how that engineer feels.
I would be surprised if he has slept since that fateful moment.

As a engineer myself, things can and do go wrong,

it just happens in this case that a engineer unwittingly was working in the wrong console screen.. that's life. :roll:

I do think that some people need to stop this eternal witch hunt and let PN do their job and get this sorted out....
