How Plusnet can communicate more effectively

I see that it's a big job to email all of the customers (100k, 200k?).

But all customers get an email every month telling them that the payment is going to be taken.

So why doesn't Pn add a line to this saying that they can't email all customers about what's going on, but reminding them to look on the forum to keep abreast of latest developments?

Alternatively, email everybody just once reminding them of this.
Then the onus will still be on the customer to look, but at least those who don't bother with the forums will not be able to complain that they didn't know.

That's a good idea I reckon. How about a product announcements page on the PN website that could be linked to from the email. Don't even have to bother with the forums then if they dont want to.

True... but people can hardly complain when they're being actively contacted every month by PN saying that new developments are available online.
