House move failed

Hi,

My house move has been canceled as it failed for some reason, I've tried ringing BT but as usual after going through their phone system I got cut off :roll:

Is there something PlusNet can do? Could someone possibly give me a call?

Also how do I open questions myself? I can't seem to find a way todo it?

You should be able to raise a ticket in the normal fashion?

Your ticket is currently sitting in the "failed house moves" pool and should be answered shortly.

The error message we're getting is "Open: The provide for this house move was rejected. Reason: Unable to check incompatible products, please contact local support"

Which could mean that the BT database doesn't have your new line as up and running just yet.

Yeah, but there are so many different complications that can cause things to go wrong. Especially with the higher %age of houses with broadband now, it's causing the process to get even worse.

I still can't find / work out how to raise a question? I don't know what the normal process is, could someone please provide me with a link etc?
