House Move?

Hi, a couple days ago i used the 'house move tool' and found it pretty straight forward to use. Im a little worried though as i have not received any conformation regarding progress or any notification of the move details. Is this normal??

Could a passing CS rep please check for me that the move is going through ok.

Im currently out of the UK on holiday so will check back here when possible.

Hi,

There's nothing showing up on our side, can you try it again please? The system will try and bill the house move fee from a credit card, I'd suggest checking that you have a current card on file too under Account Details then Payment Details. If it doesn't work then raise us a ticket with the new address, phone number, date the line will be active and which payment method you prefer and we can process it manually for you.
