Every time I log on and this is each day.
I get a message in the members centre saying I have an answer to my ? and this was last Sat:
And this was it:Some one CSC Analyst 3:28pm, Saturday 11th November 2006
Dear Mr Harris,
I have passed your new ticket number 20680664 to our Networks team.

I have left the persons name out!!
Any one else with this kind of delay in getting a complaint sorted.

Hi,

I'm sorry for the delay with this ticket, it's currently with the network guys waiting for a reply. They are currently working on the tickets as quickly as they can, but they have a larger number of tickets than they usually deal with so they are taking a little longer to process them, hopefully it won't be much longer.
