Hello!! Am I invisible? (No response re: paid for upgrade)

Applied for paid for speed regrade on evening of 6/4. After some confusion on my side regarding payment issues, this was resolved, and a new ticket opened by +net in the early hours of 7/04 (Thursday morning) - so far so good.

Ticket number is: 16307229

However, communication since then has been.....

10-04-05 - update on ticked by me requesting update/eta
10-04-05- post in "Open ticket on regrade" thread in customer feedback regarding open ticket. Despite many other such queries in this thread being answered by +net staff, mine was ignored except for a general post by bbrown about a script being run yesterday, and to contact again if no update on ticket by end of the day.

This morning (12-4-05) still no update on ticket - so I
1 - PM BBrown
2 - Add another request for update to ticket
3 - Added another post to the above mentioned thread asking for an update.

So far I have had ZERO response from +net to ANY of my enquiries since the new ticket was setup by plus net. In the mean time, I've seen numerous posts from people who applied for the upgrade later than me, who have already been upgraded.

PLEASE can someone check my upgrade and let me know what is happening.

I would give them a Call to give them a quick nudge it would be quicker that way.

Welcome to the club. I requested an upgrade on Tues. 05/04 and had no response either. You are probably delayed because of payment, but i had no payment problems, payed the £14.99 and its still delayed. Gave them a ring and was told to wait 5-7 working days.

I recently asked for an upgrade to 2 Mb/s and it went through very quickly without problem.

I think this is my point.

It all seems a bit random. Only this afternoon at 5 ish, Bob Pullen has swooped in and intervened in one users problem, (Palmer 934)

And yet has ignored mine (and others, including msood) similar issues.

Dave Tomlinson has just updated my ticket. So at least things are moving again.

And I checked my router this morning - it synced at 2mb/s - very quick overnight regrade

now very happy.
