Have the Comms Team forgotten this assurance?

On Tuesday the customers that had been affected by incorrect management due to the VMBU not resetting were promised that their usage would be reset in the wee hours of Wednesday morning. This did not happen, and still hasn't 36 hours later.

No explanation has been given, despite a number of requests. The customers are just being ignored. This is not good PR, and leads to bad feeling. Surely promises should be honoured in the name of good customer relations and, where unforeseen delays occur, the courtesy of some form of reply expected.

Would someone form the Comms team please comment on why this hasn't yet happened. I do not want to abuse the new comms team email address plublished so soon Wink, but to submit a ticket means that this will go on for at least another couple of days!!!

I'm chasing this up now, I have not forgotten my assurance, and will be hunting down the developer in question until this happens Smiley
