Have Plusnet trottled PAYG ?????

i went from premier 1 to payg 2 months ago and was getting awesome speeds.
eg yesterday (day before BYW) if i d/l a file from easynews i would get d/l speeds between 400 and 600 kbps. today those speeds have dropped to 150 to 250 kbps.
i would run speed tests on a regular basis and today they have dropped big time - from around 6mbps connection to 2.5 mbps.
any explanation plusnet please ?Huh

Hi there.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems. We certainly have not made any changes to PAYG.

As James suggested above, the results of a BT speed test would certainly help in indentifing what has happened here.

I have checked your account from our end and all would appear to be in order.

I look forward to seeing the speed test result and we can take it from there.

Or PN could check the delta report history for this user and get an indication of the likely problem rather than get the customer to do the work for them.

We did and all is ok there, hence the request for the speedtest, which, with the best will in the world, we cant do for him Smiley
