Have CS been told never to respond in the ADSL forum now?

I ask as i have never seen any support staff answer any questions on the ASDSL forum for months.

Appart from a posting identical to the status message.

I haven't been avle to get onto ADSL for nearly 11 hours now.... since 4.55 am this morning when you pulled the plug.

*sighs*

Why don't ADSL users get a 0808 FREE access number as back upHuh

We have to use 0845, and i been on this everytime PlusNet breaks down (nearly every week)
so imagine my BT phone bill is gona be big again...
and it shouldnt be.

Cause the nearly £30 a month ADSL account should work 24/7 52 weeks a year, 365 days.. blah blah blah.

What will it be next week.. or the week after it.

At least give us a FREE access number when things like this happen.

Oh but you can't afford it right?
and nor can i.

I pay £23.99 plus BT phone bills for 0845 every time you mess things up and it's becoming a regular thing now.

How long have you been using +net?
I have been using it daily for the last 7 months, and this is the first time I have experienced a major fault.

You say it "breaks down" every week. I dont see that many posts to support that claim - are you sure it is not something else? line quality / modem / pc?
