I'm on the old Broadband Premier Option 1 package and I'm seeing very poor speeds.

My current usage is 7.12 Gb (3.99 peak, 3.12 off peak)

Is there any reason my speeds will have been throttled or is it some other problem?

See this thread where similar problems are being reported.

You need to raise this via the fault checker.

I've checked your account and there are no restrictions that I can see from here.

Can you raise a speed fault so that we can investigate this further for you.
