I have a weird situation, a few days ago my connection went crap 5kbs downloads, frequent request failures and generally unusable. I've been through the usual troubleshooting, different PC, different microfilter, resets, etc... Everything you could think of.
I tried to do a speed test through speedtester (after changing gateway user/pass and reconnecting with a BT IP). BT Speed Test says they don't have enough information about my telephone number. How very strange?
Plus.Net fault diagnosis says:
Completed speed tests show that your connection speed is: none found
