Great Customer Service!

Yesterday morning the DSL signal was gone from my phone line...after a few tedious hours of having to explain that I had already tried different microfilter, modems, routers etc I was told that this might take a few days to resolve.

This morning I received an uncexpected phone call from CS to ask if I could unplug my router so they could do another test. That done they said they would talk to BT.

About three hours later another phone call to inform me that BT had re-set the card on my line and all should be working again.
