'Get Ready for High-speed Broadband' Question

Hello,

I have just gone through the steps of Maxing out my Broadband to 8mb when I noticed a statement on the 'Get Ready for High-speed Broadband' page - http://portal.plus.net/support/broadband/products/getready.shtml?link=suptop5_bb1.

Please do note that at the present time we have taken the decision to temporarily suspend all regrades to DSL Max. The main reason is that problems with BT Wholesale's Dynamic Line Management (DLM) systems are causing significant numbers of our customers to experience connection problems. We will post regular updates on our service status pages to keep customers updated with the progress and to advise when we will begin placing further regrade orders.

Is this still in effect? I have asked the same question through 'Help & Support' but my call is unanswered and closed after 48 hours :? .

Any time frame for the continuation of 8mb regrades? or should I say 'have BT given a time frame for when the batch tool will be available again?'
