Forum members help wanted...seeing as I can't seem to get any help/sense using the wonderful ticket system.

My account was changed from the 'Home Lite' to the 'Premier' on the 20th of this month, hence the new bill, the thing is I don't agree with the second charge on the invoice below.....surely I shouldn't be charged for the 3GB data transfer??

PN don't seem to get it!!

Qty Description
1 Account Billing (2005-08-20 to 2005-09-19) - £27.49
1 3GB Included Data Transfer Charge From 20/08/2005 - £2.00
1 1GB Additional Data Transfer Charge Until 20/08/2005 - £1.25

Acknowledged your help and closed ticket.

Went to add debit card details, unfortunately you do not accept my card.

Raised another ticket to inform that I'll have to wait for reimbursement via direct debit.
