Form problems

Hi Guys,

I have just created a website with a contact form, the idea is that when the user has clicked on 'Submit' they are taken to a page which thanks them for their input. Unfortunately I have received the following error message:

METHOD NOT ALLOWED:
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /htdocs/res/mail_pg003_8_00.php.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like you're trying to run this on the normal homepages server. You need to use the CGI platform to run PHP. If you are on a product with CGI included then you can activate this via "Website Settings" in the Member Centre.

Hi Liam,

How do I activate the required service on the account and any idea how much it would cost?

You guys are just too damned efficient Smiley

Cheers,
