Fed up with customer service

My broadband connection has been down for 10 days now, I have an open question on the support page that no-one has bothered to reply to since Saturday. Phoned up yesterday 30 minutes on hold without speaking to anybody, left message and was told a support member would phone me back within 8 hours, suprise suprise no phone call yet.
This is an awful way for a company to treat its customers.
