x Have just become a new customer of Force9. Difficulty setting up connection - check by BT technicians etc OK - eventually find that one of the two filters supplied had intermittent fault. Phoned Force9 technical support and told - sorry you'll have to go out & buy another one as we don't supply them. Funny sort of service to welcome a new customer with
Since you got the filters off us, then if you have conclusively proved that the filter is faulty (aand it appears that you have) then we will replace this for you. If you were told otherwise then I am sorry about that. The only point of confusion that I can think would cause this is that we are unable to supply additional filters (over and above the 2).
Just raise a ticket through link:contact us stating how you have shown the filter to be faulty and request a new one. If you are unhappy with the response drop me an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (please include your username in the mail) and I will look into it for you.
