FRAICO to ADSL

I currently have 2 Connect Biz Always-on packages and I am currently upgrading one of these accounts to 2mb ADSL with PlusNet (Order placed with Sales over the phone on Friday 9/11/01).

What I would like to know is...

I want to cancel the other Connect Biz always-on account, what period of notice and how do I tell PlusNet to cancel this account

How many actual IP's on the 2mb Non-Nat ADSL package do I actually get to play with (BT Openwoe gives 5 IP's) what do PlusNet actally give?

How does BT contact me for Line check, installation etc?

RE: FRAICO to ADSL

Hi,
Glad to see you are moving towards the broadband revolution.
To cancel the other account you can do this from the Contact Us system, accounts are cancelled at 30 days notice, or at the end of the paid period if your next invoice date is well into the future. We will contact you if there anre any problems with the installation, not BT.
If you have chosen No-Nat you have 4 IP addresses, one of which can be used for a server.

Thanks
Chris

Thanks Chris, just hope that I will notice the difference from 64k to 2mb

You do have the option of having 8 IPs ( 5 usable + 1 for the BT router).

Kind Regards
