Please can you look into my connection speed issues which are detailed in the current call I have open with you.
My IP profile is 2500, I am getting throughput speed of around 2300 but my sync speed all week has been well above 3000 and is currently 3700. It has been synced at a good speed for a week now and the 3 day adaptive period seems not to have kicked in.
Please can you get my IP profile updated accordingly as I am fed up with being told there aren't any issues and thats all my line can handle when this is not the case at all. I enclosed in the call a print screen of the test I ran at 06.30 this morning.
