I have now left PlusNet around 17/10/06 and it seems as though I have still been billed for this month and my Portal shows as my next bill date as the 17/11/06.
My cancellation was made via ticket ID: 20327031.
Even this ticket took ages to be replied to and was only replied to when I posted a message n this forum.
A) Why am I being billed even though I have notified you of my leaving for another provider on ticket 20327031?
B) Why have I still had no reply to this ticket still after 5 days?
c) Why is my PlusNet portal still live even though it will be about 2 months on 17/11/06 that I left you for another ISP?
