Ticket 20091890 - I closed this by accident yesterday whilst trying to find out what happened my promised migration back to BT.

I raised another ticket 20387481.

Please can you confirm that all the details from the original ticket are added to the new one if you can't reopen the original.

Also if you could let me know why the BT transfer doesn't appear to have gone through? If this is going to be a significant amount of time longer (more than 3 days), then can I at least have the normal profile back for LLU as it was halved in a failed attempt to resolve the disconnection issues, which it would appear actually have nothing to do with my line.
