When I logged it, I was informed my credit card would expire soon and directed to a form to update the details of the replacement card. Failure to do so would result in my account being disabled - fair enough.
But, after filling in the form it was rejected because the new card doen't start till next month.
So, as a bit of customer feedback, could the form be modified to accept a card that starts, say, 1 month ahead? Othewise I have to remember on 1st March to do this before you attempt to take payment.
