Exchange Status Checker query

For like a couple of months now the VP capacity for my local exchange have been reported as:

Not Operating within BT Wholesale's planning guidance


It is currently RED, but everytime I look at the Status checker the ETA fix time gets pushed back more and more. Is this just the norm? :? Will it ever be fixed?

The exchange checker relies on data supplied by BT and they don't always give an update for all exchanges each time they do issue an update.

What you are seeing is the most up to date info that BT have supplied to usertools for your exchange.

Hi,

Please also bear in mind there may be more than one VP at your telephone exchange. The report used to update the usertools checker simply states if the exchange is red, amber or green, with no indication which VP this may be.

If could be a case that one month one VP may be red, then the next month it alternates to another.

Alas my exchange has shown green for the last couple days, but the problem has continued to remain ... (allowing till the EFD though, just incase it's a glitch with the "fix")
