Excellent customer service from PlusNet

Just thought I'd put a note in here to state that, as far as I am concerned, the PlusNet support team have been absolutely excellent in responding to the multitude of questions I have thrown at them.

They haven't resolved my problem (vastly documented in a number of posts in the forums), which I believe lies with BT, but they've had a try, and responses have been timely at week-ends as well as during the working week.

Not sure why so many seem to have difficulties?

Excellent customer service from PlusNet

Well, the people I've dealt with are clearly unable to grasp basic English. When I say to them "please explain where my missing emails are, without referring to your totally useless service status page", and they respond by telling me to refer to their service status page, you realise you're never going to get anywhere with them.
