Enabled by BT but not Plusnet

As it says in the subject my line has been activated by BT (signed up wednesday) but I can't log in with my specified login/pass. Any chance of Plusnet tweaking their knobs to allow authentication of my account ?Huh

Hi Peter,

Please raise this via our Contact Us system. We can then pass your ticket to our Provisioning Team, who will be able to contact BT on your behalf. Remember to give us all the information you have in the ticket.

Tried that, didn't work, what do I do next ?
