The last service status update re email delays was 4pm yesterday. And the next one isn't due for another 5 hours!!!!
Please can we have an up to date message on what's happening with our emails Plusnet? When you work from home like many of us do, it's really serious when emails go down. I don't want to start having to use my (free and highly reliable) webmail account with another provider - it's not convenient for work purposes.
And are these delays affecting outgoing emails?
Are any emails being lost in the queue?
I agree with other posts, it's not so much the delays (though they are aggravating enough), it's the lack of up to date information.
