I'm trying to understand what caused an important email to be held up for about 10 hours. Shown below are the mail headers (with some names changed);
Received: from mail4.ourcontact.com ([188.8.131.52])
by pte-mxlast04.plus.net with esmtp (PlusNet MXLast v2.00) id 1GSwPX-00060O-A2
for firstname.lastname@example.org; Thu, 28 Sep 2006 14:58:47 +0100
Received: from pte-mxlast04.plus.net (ptn-mxlast02.plus.net [184.108.40.206])
by spam1.interdns.co.uk (8.13.7/8.13.6) with ESMTP id k8T0Bq5H089134

Does this appear to show that the message was held up within the PlusNet system ?
