Email - the same problem

Plusnet, why do you keep telling us email is fixed and then it breaks in the same way again?

GoogleMail and others never fail.

I'm finally really going to leave.

I just don't trust you anymore.

Please, no more spin and graphs while we get no email and "broadband" speeds under 2mb.

I agree, totally, what the hell is going on. Looking for other providers now, perhaps Plusnet has run its course.

I agree. I have been a +net customer for over 6 years, when they were the best ISP available. I have been 'upgraded' to 8 Mb without my approval, since when the service has been complete rubbish. I've given up online gaming, my emails regularly take over a minute to download even for text, and quite often the whole bloody lot just gives up.

You are judged on your service, plusnet. When I've moved house, you are history.
(I would continue to pay over the odds for 2Mb if only it were reliable!)
