Email not workng

Once again the Service Status portal says all is well since the ptroblem was solved yesterday and once again this morning I find I cannot collect any email. The service is definitely getting worse. I've been on for about six months and until recently all was excellent but I'm getting fed up with lack of email, lack of connections, slow email and the like. I ask again: is it because PlusNet is gettng too successful and cannot cope with the numbers joining?

Hi Barry,

Our Network Operations Centre is currently working on the outbound mail server. This work should be finished shortly.

We have made a posting to the "Service Status" section of our portal and will keep you updated. Please click on the link below for further updates:

Just a quick question:

Are all these messages in a queue waiting to be delivered when the system goes back up? I want to send something now but don't want to end up sending the message twice.
