Email frustration

As always, it is the lack of information that is most frustrating.

Is there anybody there? Does anybody care? Is the system being rolled back to a version that is know to work? If so, how far through the process are we?

A new report, every hour, on the hour, would not be too much to ask, even if it said the same thing each time. At least we would know that someone was taking notice, and an ETA of the solution would help too.

What makes you think anyone is working on the problem. I don't suppose for one minute that anyone at Plusnet could care less about their customers - probably all down the pub having their lunch.

I quite agree with kdiment. It is over two hours since mandbeckett posted:

'Service Status has been updated and we are looking to provide more info within the next hour.'

and still no news......

They are working on the problem, but it is the lack of any update for nearly 3 hours now that concerns me.
