Email failure this evening

I have not been able to receive any email via Outlook Express during the past hour but see no problems reported under Service Status.

Each time I log on or try Send and Receive I get the message box that my password has been rejected.

However my password is shown as saved with the remember box ticked and the correct number of coded digits is shown.

I've tried rebooting and have checked my account details which shows my password had not changed.

Is something wrong at the server end we haven't yet been told about?

Hi,

I've just finished updating Service Status about this, we have identified a problem affecting some customers logging into their mailboxes. Apologies for this, we're working to resolve it ASAP.

It is always a relief to know there is a general problem and not something
at fault on one's own system.
