Email blocked by Spamcop

I recently sent an email using webmail to a relation in Australia, only to receive the dreaded mail undeliverable error message.

Upon closer inspection, I discovered that Plusnets email server has been blocked by Spamcop.Details below...

195.166.130.41 is listed at bl.spamcop.net Blocked - see
550 http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?195.166.130.41

http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblock&ip=195.166.130.41

What can be done about this please?

I'll make sure our network people are aware of this so they can contact spamcop and sort this out. For reference I've raised this as problem ID 28843.

Ben

When I had this problem a while ago the CS guys told me I'd have to contact them myself. What is the official line (and BTW I think your answer is the right one)?

It depends if it's a customer IP address that's been affected or if it's one of our servers, as it is in this case.

Ok, my problem was one of the PN mail servers being blocked, just like the OP case. I'll refer to your answer if the problem arises for me again. Thanks.
