Early Activation?

We have setup our modem, the DSL light inticates that a connection is now active and we have entered the correct username and passowrd, but we still cannot connect to broadband.

Does this require any further action on our or plusnet's behalf? We see that out estimated actual activation date is the 5th of july, but its frustrating as the DSL line obviously has been activated (the router logs indicate so).

If you have entered the user name correctly i.e username@plusdsl.net and still no joy give +net a ring and ask them to activate your account at their end. They should do so no problem as i had this happen to one of my referals the other day. Smiley

Also, your account may have been activated at PN's end automatically by now as when you attempt to login their equipment picks it up and enables the account.
