E-mail delays

As I said, the messages are picked up via Exchange Server, therefore the header on the received message shows one hop with a zero second delay.

E-mail delays

We've had at least two e-mail delivered a couple of days late this week - one from an external ISP the other from another PlusNet account.

As these are picked up and delivered by Exchange Server the headers look OK

How can we tell where the delay is coming from?

Hi,

Can you provide a copy of the headers here, so we can inspect them?

THis will be of great assistance.

Kind Regards,
