Download speed around 130kbps since Friday morning

ticket 20345723 says: 'Your support request has been escalated to the correct team for review.'
I'd have preferred action rather than review; anyone with any idea how long this broadband at dialup speed situation is likely to persist?

TIA

With me it lasted nearly two weeks before back to normal. After my ticket was escalated I never heard another word then my IP profile was raised by BT.

Hi,

The text is from the automated system rather than an actual person so just putting what it's been programmed to do.

Looking at the test results there's definately something odd here to say the least. For some reason despite a very high SNR the line is sync'd at the lowest possible speed. Why? I don't know and the ticket's with the right people, our faults team, to find out.
