Downgrade.

I've just moved my broadband from plusnet to another supplier. I'd like to keep my email and dial access to plusnet. I believe I can downgrade my account (rather than cancel altogether) to just dial in. Is this so, the help pages seem not to have this information...

Thanks

Downgrade.

If you request it when you migrate, we can downgrade the account to a PAYG Dialup account. You need to do this via contacting our support team.

Downgrade.

might be worth a check to see if you'll be stung the 14.99 downgrade fee.

My advice is take this time to get yourself a domain and never have to worry about e-mail addresses again as you simply forward your e-mail to which ever isp you use or have it hosted entirely elsewhere.

In future when you move you'll keep you e-amil address for life, as long as you pay the reg fees and don't pick a domain thats trademarked.

Downgrade.

Downgrading to a non-broadband free dial up account does not incur an admin fee.
