Domain e-mail

I've transferred a domain into plus.net however I am not receiving any emails.

My previous provider was always set up for mail to be forwarded to my .plus.com address and has always arrived fine. Plus net have confirmed the domain is here, the 'manage my domain' tells me i want to pick up main via POP but.... it just never arrives?

(Should note, other mail sent straight to my .plus.com account arrives instantly)

Anything weird n fancy i'd need to change to pick up the mail?

I moved a domain to Plus Net but did not receive mail. I raised a ticket and then it is configuered manually. I was told that sometimes, one wonders how often sometimes is, the automatic config does not work and it has to be done manually.

As mentioned there is occasionally an issue when a new domain is transfered into an account that means some further manual work needs to be carried out. Just raise a ticket via link:contact us and someone in the support team can resolve it for you.
