Does it cost to change package

I think it only costs to downgrade, £14.99 was what I was charged recently.

I got page not found a few times - I'm guessing its a problem with one of the servers. But I did manage to get this page which has the information you need:

Yep I think it costs £14.99 to downgrade but not to upgrade.

Not exactly sure how the actual admin costs differ between the two and why one is free and one isn't. I assume both involve pressing a button?

What product are you changing to?

If you're upgrading to option 3, then there will be no admin charge.

I've pointed out the 404 error to James and he has logged a fault.

Err you mean £14.99 PAYG with an extra 8GB of monthly transfer for £6?
Similar to what I'm thinking. Waiting for the next product refresh announcement (would of expected it to be posted by now Sad ) to decide if I switch from Premier to BB+ and a remote server with a VPN setup or PAYG with extra bandwidth.
Either should get my speeds up to an acceptable amount for the same cost.

I read it as 22GB - £14.99 for 2GB plus £15 for an extra 20GB to give the same cost as Premier 2.

Really? I would like to know what wonderful plans are in store but think now is too soon. Here's hoping, however, that it won't be long! Smiley

Hah, Product Refreshes are always in April Wink

Moving to PAYG would normally instigate a £14.99 fee no matter what the usage levels were like.

But I still don't see how the admin cost differs changing the product one way but not to another.

Unless downgrading takes more staff time/resources which upgrading doesn't?
