OK, enough is enough. Can we please have at the very least an update on the delayed email situation - which was due at 15:00 on Monday but which was never posted (maybe an email from tech support was delayed...) - and preferably someone pulling their finger out and actually FIXING THE PROBLEM?
I was sent an email yesterday at 2pm and it has STILL not been delivered... I know it was sent because it was copied to a number of people as well as myself, and I've actually already had replies from the other recipients!
Honestly, PlusNet, your service levels are pretty pathetic these days and they seem to be getting worse. Do you value your customers... the people, may I remind you, who pay your wages? Because from where I'm sitting, it appears that you couldn't care less and if that's your attitiude, you won't be in business in the long term.
