Deferred activation fee discount query

I've been given a MAC code, and had a look at the ticket I raised which says;

"Deferred Activation contract - this starts at £47 and reduces by 20% at the end of each contracted year for a 5 year period.
Current charge: £47.00"

I've been with plusnet since around september or november 2005, so surely that mean the fee I need to pay is £37.60?

I've already paid the £47, but if I should have been charged less I'll look forward to a refund ot £9.40.

Deferred activation fee discount query

Hi littlened,

I am sorry that you have been given incorrect information.

When you signed up the defered activation fee was £58.75 and this was reduced to £47.00 at the end of the first year.

The confusion appears to have arisen due to the fact that the original amount is not on the account, just what is owed at the moment.
