Deactivating SPAM checking

Yesterday I tried to deactivate spam checking for all domains on my account. The portal shows it is deactivated. Today new emails are still coming through tagged.

Has anyone successfully deactivated spam checking?

Exactly the same here - and about 99% of my emails are being flagged as SPAM.

Worked fine for me yesterday... do you have tickets on your account saying you changed it Off from On?

Which are the servers that do the spam checking? I wonder if it's down to particular servers.

Anyone but elvin finding this to be the case even though the confirmation tickets are on the account?

If it's a handful of users I can arrange to make the mail database changes manually. If it's more though I could do with getting this raised internally as a problem.

Thanks Bob, I saw that and can confirm that I haven't had any tagged as spam since (including a resend of one that was earlier tagged as spam).
