Day four of no broadband - I have a page full of unanswered questions and I'm none the wiser as to when the fault - the clever diagnosis tool tells me there is a fault and my case has been forwarded to the appropriate team.... I've never encountered such lack of communication before.... In the meantime I have a sales person having to use dialup and mobile phone to do business..... And the real worry is my whole business is built on PlusNet broadband.... In people's experience how long could this takeHuh?

It is liking trying to talk to God, trying to get in touch with PlusNet....
